I'm going to echo others here, but go a step further, as well.

1. In answer to the questions posed, "Yes" there are WAY too many points in destro. This has led to choices such as sacrificing Demonic Aegis (3rd tier in demo) which provides a significant spell power increase with Fel Armor. Check out Watchesup, Rahn, or my build for a more standard demo build.

OR, defend the current build and post some parses to make me a believer. I'm pretty confident that I'm right that there are better choices to be made...but I'm a reasonable guy and if you can show me good numbers that make sense...cool.

2. Your build tells me that you're regularly using Corruption in your rotation. Please defend that choice as I almost never have the opportunity (or reason) to use Corruption in most fights.

3. Because your spec is non-standard I can't say this with 100 percent confidence...but I can say it with about 99% confidence: You shouldn't be using the +16 crit gem. Gem for sp and haste (or sp and hit if you're short of the cap) if you must use a gem that matches a yellow socket. Otherwise, just gem sp. On almost all tested warlock specs the order of greatest dps per stat goes like this:

sp > haste > crit > spirit > Int

4. In your belt you've got sp and spirit gem...switch to a sp.

5. As Saedo mentioned there's better enchants for the chest. Before you blow a wad on mats for the +10 stats, consider that the +15 sp (BC enchant) to chest is about equal (in terms of dps increase) to the more costly +10 to all stats. Either way, they're both better than +8.

6. Re: PvP ring...might I suggest the emblem of valor Band of Channeled Magic. Gets rid of some of your extra hit...plus emblems of valor aren't hard to come by any longer.

7. Switch pants enchant to the +spirit one...not the +stam one. Stam doesn't affect DPS...so dump it.

8. I also agree with some others...I'd suggest dumping the Glyph of Corruption in favor of Glyph of conflagrate.

9. Re: UI...so please tell me how you know when to recast Immolate, Corruption, Chaos Bolt, Conflagrate, or whatever curse you're using. If you're not sure..or are using the tiny little icons below the boss to tell you this information may I suggest adding DoTimer ( a mod) to keep track of such things. Also, get Omen for threat information.

I don't want to discourage you, but you may have some work to do before you get up to snuff with guild warlocks (hey, I have work to do too!)

We give these comments because we'd a) like to see how you respond and b) would love to see you pushing 6k dps and maxxing out the meters. Hopefully, these comments give you a bit of an idea about where to start.
