Ditch Decursive and just use a mouseover cleanse macro (or Clique) on grid since grid is already showing debuffs.

if you want to collect the minimap buttons out of the way you can use something like:

Minimap Button Frame  or if you prefer the Fubar/Titan Panel type layout Dockingstation

I'd recommend binding a key to "open all bags" (and hiding the bag frame) as well as making the micromenu viewable on mouseover(and possibly putting it  somewhere out of the way like below your map

Not sure if you want to leave your tooltips where they are(depending what you put beneath it it can get annoying(i use TipTac)

Not sure why you have decursive as well as grid, but whatever works for you

A couple of other questions Atak, where are your focus & pet frames located?(I assume below the ToT one)

I'd put the ToT frame where you have decursive, as it seems logical to be linear & fluid looking

Have your MT windows where your totem bars are & have your totem bars on the opposite side(below your player frame, keeps all the YOU info in one location)

Bind the "Toggle Main Window" function in recount to a key(mine is Numpad 0) & put it in the top left or something so you can hide it when in combat or whatever

Put whatever the 2nd chat frame is(the upper one) in the open space in the bottom right and maybe move the 2 side bars up if needed(and have them autohide as they're professions & such)
