EDIT: after doing some initial reading, here's the arcane spec I'll be using for Mimiron and Freya.

It's arcane with heavy focus on survivability (without really sacrificing much dps). The gear set i'll be using for this spec (identical to my frost gear set) is heavy on haste (653 haste + these two trinkets: http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45466 / http://www.wowhead.com/?item=39229
