So I will spec into that as well, which will make getting to P3 and P4 that much easier as:
Shock Blast goes from 4 to 5.2 second cast
Plasma Blast goes from 3 to 4 second cast
Spinning up goes from 4 to 5.2 second cast

I put two points into http://www.wowhead.com/?spell=12592 thinking only about p1, but totally forgetting that I need to tank on p3. I'll obviously be taking points out of this and putting it into a dps booster. So, you guys should have about 40% more threat you can unload onto the head in p3 without pulling aggro.
SHIZ...sorry about the overlook. We will down this biatch tonight. Just in case, someone please remind me when we form just in case i forgot to respec out of this. Thanks
