I love mods! I don't want to say the more the merrier because your screen can get messy, but I love them. I don't think I'd raid without Deadly Boss Mods or Omen.

PvE

Raid Experience:

I haven't been playing terribly long and I hit 70 the day before Wrath came out, so unlike many others, I do not have much experience in the classic and BC raids. I recently ran Molten Core with a few guildies and pugged a Mount Hyjal run. As far as Wrath content, I have completed Naxxramas 10 and 25 man, Obsidian Sanctum 10 and 25 man, and Eye of Eternity 10 man. I have run 10 man Ulduar with a group in my guild and we have downed Flame Leviathan, Razorscale, XT, Kologarn, Auriaya, Hodir, and Freya. We have gotten to phase 4 on Mimiron, but not downed him. In 25 man Ulduar, we have downed Flame Leviathan, Razorscale, XT, and Kologarn. In all of these raids, my role was to output damage and use any special abilities to make the raid more successful.

That's the purpose of the /combatlog to dump everything in your combat log into a txt file for parsing. Mods like LoggerHead can do it for you if you're forgetful about turning it off and on.

ya combat logs don't gather data by default, you have to start and stop it. If you've never done it, you won't have a file. You can test it out in the world anytime. As soon as you type /combatlog it starts that file.

We had a very unbalanced group last night(Rayne as badass ele) and the rest of the dps were melee. But everyone pulled together on xt to take care of the bombs despite the lack of ranged dps. FoK FTW.

I <3 FoK (but only when I have the tank ToTed)! I was reading on EJ today that FOK may be even better with T9. Seeing as how I'm not in T8 yet, I think that's probably a bit away for me, but cool nonetheless.

Had a chance to raid with her tonight. Seems like a really nice girl with a positive attitude. She helped explain some parts of ulduar to the people who didn't know (it was a large chunk of the raid's first time in there). Her dps was decent, but could improve a little, but some talking with saedo could probably fix that up. From my initial reaction, she gets the thumbs up.

Thanks Pulga! I had a blast with you guys! I was hoping Fel did the WWS from last night (I think they're called parses) so I could take a look. I know I have room for improvement and would love to get a chance to get some feedback on my performance from anyone that's willing to give some tips. Trying to think back and remember, I am pretty sure I missed a few Blade Flurry's and I popped Adrenaline Rush prior to Heroism at one point so it was on CD when Heroism was popped. :(

But definitely, I love improving, so maybe I can chat with Saedo tonight and get some thoughts. :D

I am not in this guild but would like to put a good word in...:)

nom nom nom! But it better be goooood BBQ. My grandparents used to go to this hole in the wall place in Arlington for bbq...said it was the best they'd had....can't remember the name though. Then again, there's always the classic Sonny Bryans down off of Inwood, but that is a trek from Arlington. But yeah, work it on out and I'll go!
