Howdy howdy, I've already ran with you in instances a few times so now lets knock out what and where we can improve things outside instances.

The first thing we are gonna work on here is your reputation with Knights of the Ebon Blade. This is the faction that you need to raise to revered in order to get your helm enchanted.

1. You are currently sitting at 42 completed quests in Icecrown. By now you should have, or be close to unlocking the Shadow Vault. This is where you will be able to buy all your Reputation stuff with the Ebon Hold vendors. First thing to buy will be there tabard so you can get that rep up faster. Also of note is that by the time you have "unlocked" (gotten most of icecrown phased) icecrown you should have 6 Ebon Blade quests that you can repeat every day for rep.

2. The second thing we need to work on is your Sons of Hodir rep. This is where you will be able to get enchants for your shoulders throughout this expansion. At honored (which you are already) you can get the first enchant. However exalted is what you are aiming for here. By the time you hit revered with these guys you will also be able to do approx 6 dailies per day. You should have 4 and possibly 5 right now. There is also a nice quest chain with them that continues after you unlock the dailies for more rep. And you can get items called Relics of Ulduar that you can turn in for rep.

3. Thankfully they have made gearing up easier of late, so while you are working on all your faction rep in heroics. You should be able to pick up and buy rather nice gear from 5mans and badges. You are looking for either 2h weapon drop out of H ToC mainly atm. This will yield a nice dps increase. Also keep on the lookout for shoulders and a cloak that aren't tanking. If I remember correctly (I'm at work) there is a nice cloak you can buy from badges.

4. Enchants: You have no enchants atm on your gear. Enchants help out your warrior a lot, since as your gear improves (and gets enchatened and gemmed) you will find rage to be less and less of an issue while dpsing.

5. Gems: Most of your regular gems atm you want will be strength of some sort. Red sockets aim for a strength gem (Bold). Yellow sockets you want to aim for Str/Crit gems (inscribed). Blue sockets you will mostly ignore and fill with strength. You want the 21 agi/3% more crit meta gem and use a Nightmare Tear in order to fulfill your socket bonus with it.

6a. Spec: The spec you want for Arms should be this please also note the glyphs that are with it. Ask Jayel if he can help you out. Or Starstalker.

6b. Spec (Prot) : This should be your protection spec here. I picked those glyphs mainly to help you with threat atm as most dps you run with in guild should kill it before you have to worry too much about mitigation.
