As a healer there really is no excuse for not having your trinkets macrod.  Most of the healing trinkets I run into are short recharge like a minute or so and any boss fight will go at least 5 mins minimum.  You really don't need to save the trinket unless it has like a 30 mins cooldown.  But if it is a short recharge rate you should be using as much as possible.

I should have taken another look at your armory profile before that last post. Theres a couple of comments I have on enchants, gems etc.

You've still got that spell pen gem in your helm. From what you said on vent, you've got a replacement for that.

No enchant on your cloak, 23 haste should be there.

No BS Socket in your belt, that's another 20 haste you've given up.

SP/Spirit enchant on your pants (and its the cheap one). That should be the SP/stam enchant. Spirit does nothing for us, a little extra stam never hurts.

Everything else looks good. No set bonuses makes me a sad panda, especially since you've obviously spent a lot of emblems on other gear. That said, I understand sometimes you have to take the quick upgrade, rather than holding out for the big one. Do you have a full set of t7.5? If so, it will outperform the gear you have on now. Gearing up in ulduar, I didn't use any of my Conq gear until I had the 2p bonus, then I started using 2pt7 and 2pt8 until I had my 4pt8.

4/4 8.5 > 2/2 8.5+2/2 7.5 > 4/4 7.5 > 0/2 or 0/4 anything. At this point in the game (with conquest emblems flowing like wine) I wouldn't bother going back and picking up the old tier peices if you don't already have them. I would make the 8.5 chest a priority though.

Hey Keith, does your current/old guild parse it's raids? I'd like to take a look at your spell usage, overhealing, that sort of thing.

I noticed your manually popping your trinkets, rather than macroing them to one of your spells. Is there a reason for that?

Whats an appropriate use of Hex in a raid setting? (BTW Salmon, when I was talking to Keith on vent, he called Thunderstorm CLUTCH).

When and how are you using Wind Shear? Do you have a target of target or mouseover macro for it?

I noticed you still have 1 bound to attack. You can save yourself an action bar spot if you take it off. If you're used to hitting 1 to start attacking, try setting it to tilde (~ if you go into blizzard's keybinding interface you can set a key to attack target there, without it being on the action bar).

You can also make macros for your damage spells with the line "/startattack" at the beginning. This is more useful for enhance DPS, since there are times when you're surrounded by mobs, and you've tabbed through or assisted a tank and hit SS, but the damn thing is just out of range, or you lead with a MW 5 stack.

What healing assignment do you get on Assembly of Iron, Thorim, and Yogg?

Please get Totem Timers. Even if you just try it out. You can take every single one of your totems off your action bars. I do see flasks on the action bars, which is a big bonus. That tells me you bring consumables to raid. Speaking of consumables, what's your favorite food (IRL and buff food for both specs in game)?

Hmm.  While your description of what your class brings to raid was very detailed, it felt very very scripted to me.  Can you sum it up in your own words for me please, as it's easy to regurgitate what is used for what, but I didn't quite get the sense of your own terms of what you bring to the table for our raids as a Shaman.

I've been on vent talking to Keith for awhile about the app process. He pst'ed me at random and I did what I usually do when someone asks to talk to an officer about guild recruitment, I directed him to the site and explained the application process may take some time, with the expectation that he would give the "I HAS TO APLY? LOL FUCK THAT LOL" response that I usually get. Instead, it looks like he's given the application more consideration than any other app I can remember, and asked to come on vent to talk about the server, since he's thinking about transfering here.

There were some things I noticed with his spec that I didn't like, particularly the imp reincarnate for resto vs 5/5 TW, and HW vs healing focus. We talked about it on vent, but I'll let him explain it.

Seems like a cool guy. I'm interested to see what his pve gear looks like.

Knows his shit. Has a passion for the game. Reminds me of 'Rupta without the bear-feathers. I had his wowhead profile up with his healing gear on and a refresh showed me his current pvp spec/gear.
