You make a lot of noise about being among the best hunters on the server.

I see you make a lot of talk about being among the best kiters on the server.  Did you ever do Blackwing Lair?  Did you do the hunter epic quest pre-BC, pre-nerf?  Did you ever kite Teremus the Devourer from Blasted Lands into Stormwind before he was leashed?

If you didn't do any of the above, I won't count you among the best kiters out there.

The fact that you prefer fights like Patchwerk (just sit there and shoot) over Yogg-Saron (which is actually an enjoyable fight) leads me to believe that you're most likely a show-off.  Based on your wording throughout your app, you seem to support this assumption as well.

Literally none of your comments refer to community or wanting to be among like-minded people; rather, you prattled on about "equal loot opportunity" and raiding, and nothing else.  You have to understand - hunters are a dime a dozen and as it stands, both of our 25man raids have some VERY consistant, and VERY competitive hunters.  I doubt you'll touch their dps or their attendance record.

In short, we don't have any real openings for a hunter, so if you got ginvited, you'd be a benchwarmer, probably for a long time.  This would not sit well with you based on your app.

The decision on this app is up to Garreth, but my vote is a resounding no.

So you expect loot, essentially, and your committment to the guild is solely contingent on loot-getting? Don't get me wrong, we all like loot. I like loot. But, the way you specifically phrased this answer implies loot first, loyalty second.

You've got the gear, achieves, and experience for sure...but so does most of our guild, and most of the apps to our guild. And most of them don't come out swinging with unsubstantiated claims to being "best-in-class-on-server" or with answers to "jerk-check" questions that leave a rotten taste in our mouths. Gluck on your app...maybe it is your "Reat sense of humor" at work here...in which case, "chuckle"

Just some stuff I see at a glance.

Too much hit rating.  In a 25 man raid, you'll almost always have a draenei in your group so you only need to be at 230-232 hit rating, not 272.

Odd talent specs.  You're SV one will probably do great, assuming you never go AotV.  I could definitely see you having mana issues with that build.  You're MM build is just... wrong.  You skip Aimed Shot which with all the moving required in end game raiding, would give you a larger amount of damage done in the end, than being satisfied with a .5 sec Multi Shot.  You're also missing Silencing Shot.  Silencing Shot makes up about 1.4-1.5% of your total damage in a fight, with no GCD.  That is 1.5% FREE damage that you skipped.  ISS is a horrible talent for its location and is almost never worth all three points.  Rapid Recoup is understandable if you have mana issues, but points for that are better taken from ISS, than from Silencing Shot, Aimed Shot, or even Improved Hunters Mark.  Even with NO OTHER HUNTER in raid, IHM will net you more DPS per point than ISS or Rapid Recoup.

You also need to learn, FPS does not equal latency.  Try again.

^ Best hunter on the server?  Thats a lot of talk for someone who didn't provide parse links.  Please supply these parses and I'll get back to you on your actual performance as opposed to the performance you are claiming to have.
