Hey all! just applied to the guild and thought I'd share one of my favorite macros to have (besides mouseover healing ones lol) its a one stop button that will change you gear and spec (assuming you have dual spec) and even some abilities/spells.

so without further ado

/cast [spec:1] Seal of Vengeance
/cast [spec:2] Seal Of Wisdom
/equipset [spec:1] Tank; [spec:2] Holy
/usetalents [spec:1]2; [spec:2] 1
 

it's quite a bit more simple than it looks and I'll type what its doing next

if Curently Holy cast seal of vengence   (if you're changing to prot)

if curently Prot cast seal of wisdom   (if you're changing to holy)

If currently holy put on tanking gear, or if you're prot put on holy gear

and the last line is simply change specs (this has to be done last due to the 10 second cast)

I used to have something that would cast Righteous Fury or cancel it depending on the switch too, but they made it so Righteous Fury auto cleases when you change specs now..

also you can add in weather to show or hide helm/cloak in this with

/script ShowHelm(not ShowingHelm())
/script ShowCloak(not ShowingCloak())
 

that way if you have them displaying in say youre holy gear, but you want it hidden in your prot gear. it does it automatically.

The specs and names I use are totaly up to you and you can add quite a few things to this. I'm sure a few of you prolly have a similar macro (after reading some of these forums) but I didn't see one posted so I thought I'd share
