I love mods. Actually I don't. I used stock ui until about 2 months ago. I felt like it covered everything I needed. Now my ui is decked out, but I am a creature of habit and I don't like to get new mods. It annoys me. If my healing mod ever died I'd likely just turn my computer off and cry in a corner.

PvE

Raid Experience:

I started playing during BC and played in a guild of RL friends. We raided kara and would spend 15-20 hours a week in there barely clearing. Since then I transferred servers and have done everything except mags or clearing sunwell, the twins burn my soul. In the current content I have cleared everything, Naxx, Uld on farm in 10 and 25, cleared all the hardmodes in 10m(rusted proto what?) still working on Alg, and in 25 we were able to down Xt and Hodir hardmode. In ToC I have cleared normal in 10 and 25 and in 10heroic cleared all the way to anub. Would have had server first anub but family reunion was this weekend. (First raid day I've missed since April when Uld was released)

To clarify, I am saying that it takes time for somone to get into the community. A few people chat with me on occasion and im sure that more will, with time. The same thing happened when i joined apt, it takes a while for people to 'warmup' to you.

Celebra wont get that chance until she has been here a while. She is a good person and deserves a chance to do so.

2. There are issues filling and finishing raids. I am clearly aware that skipping the raid doesn't help the problem but from what I understand its an ongoing problem.

The fact that Epidemic needed a pug for its raids is indicative that they are having the same problem. Why accuse us of being unable to fill raids when they can't do the same?

The raid I went to I was being tried out as a boomkin to replace one they had, he sat while I raided. I wasn't really a pug. I don't really see how this is relavent to the topic of what I did and why.

Cele has a vast wealth of prior experience that she taps on often to find out alternative solutions to fights, willing to offer advice but not be overbearing about it.

As far as how she is healing or dpsing, well I don't run meters in raid and I forgot to run parses last night so I can't post up any numbers here. And I can't give first hand accounts because unless they are aidin's hyjal run saving crit heals of nommy goodness all the green on the right side of my screen starts blending together =/

I've delayed posting a response to this because I wanted to chat a bit about what exactly you mean by greed-out. I haven't had a chance to catch you so I guess I'll do my best to answer you here.

If you take a look at my gear and my achievements you will see that I have been very progression minded throughout wrath. I very much enjoy doing hardmode raids and would love to continue doing them. No bones about it, I'd be more than happy to hop into a 25m heroic CC if there were a spot. Are you asking if I'm going to bail out when I find a better raid? That's not me. My guild tag still says APT, and it's not because they wouldn't take me in Rawg, it's not because they didn't want me to raid. Talk to the APT members you've picked up and ask them about my loyalties. Like I said before, I'm looking for a guild to make my home, I've only left raiding guilds when they were no longer functioning, stick it out to the end.

I would be dissappointed if Downfall couldn't find a place for me in a normal or heroic 25m ToC, but I'd likely just pug it outside of my usual raid times.

It's my belief that Salmon will be doing ToC 25 Heroic modes, but by sheer virtue of raiding hours available per week (9 for Salmon vs 14 for Kitten Brigade), it might take a tad longer for them to get in and get situated.

I think what Garreth is getting at with his question is that considering your previous penchant for focusing on hard modes / achievements, will you be frustrated that there is another raid within the same guild that is currently spending more time in heroic ToC?

Your answer is clear, specific and carefully worded and I really respect that. You'd rather have a heroic mode spot, but it's not the paramount reason for you being here. You've gotten really great feedback on your app and it looks like you're already starting to make some kind of home here.

My only question (more a matter of curiousity than anything else really) is: so you didn't go to Grgle even though you had a raid spot there because of loyalties. Loyalties to who? Were Ace and Talisdar your closest friends in APT?

Yeah, I don't know jack about healing, but I can read a DPS meter and when a hybrid class can put out DPS numbers that puts her in the top 5 - 7 ish in a spec that isn't her main spec, I'd say she brings great utility. All that and from what I hear peoples are happy with her healing too.

Plus, I don't know if she remembers it or not, but she led me through my first ever Naxx10 clear way back when.

And she's nice. WTB moar nice people. ;)

I remember :D I see so many familiar faces around here, it is quite nice. I never knew my naxx 10s were so memerable, I am quite taken aback by all the kindness. I serious raid without the rude comments and yelling and complete tearing apart of other players is very impressive to me.

I think if I'm not mistaken Celebra was the person who carried me my first time in naxx. We didn't get very far but from what I remember she was nice helpful and didn't give me crap about my gear when I shouldn't have even been in nax at the time. Through some gear my way too. I haven't been on much lately but just a character reference for her exactly type of person I would want in the community.
