Invited Deathsteel to raid this past week.  He did a really good job.  Was nice to have someone who listened to RO and read up on strats before hand.  He's a really nice guy as well.

How often do you think you would have to miss raid?: 

I shouldn't miss any

What might the typical reasons for missing raid be?: 

School, tests and exams, work

That is a contradiction. In fact as you are making your App there is a sample what not to do app. Saying you wont ever miss a raid is a bad idea because things happen. Even if its only once a month or so, people should know.

That being said. I've raided with this guy before and he was pretty far up the DPS list on that badass 25 TOC I did a few days back.

Now again with that being said. When I look at your UI I wonder. "Why does he have Blood and Heart Strike on the same bar?" and "Why does he have Death Strike on the bar but not Obliterate?"

Since I cant tell in this Screenshot I want to know. Do you have DBM or anything like it? Do you have a Threat Meter?

To end on a positive note. You are very good at building a good raid, and you do well leading one.
