Lava Crab needs a healer, again

Lava Crab, one of Downfall's 10man raids, is looking for a permanent healer. Again. Seems we can't hold on to a 3rd healer for longer than it takes to get them a drake from Ulduar.
If you're interested in being in one of the world's top 10man raids, that fully clears all available hard-mode content every week, please respond in this thread, but only if:
1) You can commit the time to our raids. Thursdays from 6:15pm to 10pm server, Sundays from 2pm to 6pm server if needed.
2) YOU CAN COMMIT THE TIME TO OUR RAIDS.
3) YOU CAN COMMIT THE TIME TO OUR RAIDS. I'm sick of getting people into this raid, getting them an Ulduar drake, then having them bail on us. It's happened five times now and I'm absolutely fucking sick of it.
4) Paladin or priest preferred, ideally in Ulduar-level gear or better. We can probably work with lesser-geared healers so long as you're up to snuff.
5) Off-spec healers are fine, our two remaining main healers are both dps'ers in our 25man raids (Disrupta, Onrique).

Well I guess can add a point that if you're normally a dps and have a healing offspec, that'll work too (with gear and skill to do it). Our now permanent healers are normally the dps in the 25s.

He asked me if he could raid with us. I told him to talk to Aurleas. Aurleas gave him the go-ahead. Then I talked with Aurleas to make sure that Red Rocket and Raid: Salmon won't be put out on their asses if he ends up raiding with us. Aurleas gave me the go-ahead.
I'd like to give him at least a trial run for a little bit, if only to make sure that him raiding with Lava Crab doesn't interfere with all the other raids going on. Otherwise, Kwon - your pally may be called upon :)
