Hopefully next week we'll be able to get more dps online and ready to raid to do this.  Also hoping that we won't continually have to replace 3-5 people every week to complete this - insofar that I'd like as many people as possible to get as many drakes as possible in one given clear.

On a related note, I apologize for logging off as I did.  I became incredibly frustrated and pissed off - not at the raid's performance, but rather at something someone said that absolutely infuriated me.

Tonite I busted my ass to get this raid moving.  Had a lot of people not show up (all due to valid reasons) which left our dps hamstringed.  Had to start asking healers to start coming in and dps'ing to fill the gaps, which is a sub-optimal situation to be in.  The raid got off the ground an hour late and I thank everyone that stuck around to be there.

Losing two dps'ers mid-raid didn't help things but we kept chugging along.  Made some good progress.  As I was trying to fill that last spot, people got a bit rude and on top of everything else going on, I couldn't handle it and decided it'd be best if you all didn't get the receiving end of my anger.

Last note - to anyone that's not used to my leading style or me as a person/leader, understand something -

I expect everyone that shows up to a raid to be prepared, not just with food/buffs/etc but also to understand the fight they're getting into.  I hold you accountable for your own performance.  If you continually die to something, I will ask you what you're doing to avoid it.  I am almost always calling out the events that DBM/Bigwigs announce for you, but I can't do everything - that's where you fill in the gaps.  I can say something is happening, but it's up to you to find out where it is.

I may come off as rude, I may come off as mean, odds are those of you that aren't used to me think I'm an asshole.  When I'm fighting a boss I'm 100% focused on killing that boss.  I find killing bosses with people that want to be there to be a lot of fun.  I should hope that everyone else that's in attendance shares the same thought and feeling.  If people are interfering with our ability to succeed I will try and figure out how to fix it.  I don't sugarcoat what I say, but I only intend to fix perceived errors and get the raid to succeed at its goal.
