Could be less for Home... Check out Microsoft Windows 7 for more details. It looks like you will have until the beginning of March to pay for the upgrade from Beta to a legit copy.
I would recommend backing up all of your personal data onto either an online based backup or a portable hard drive in order to ensure no loss of data.
