The gems are that way because i was in the processes of regemming had to wait to get the rest of my gems to all agi. As far as the trinket goes, until about a week my expertise was very low due to new peices of gear. So it is just there as a filler because of a lack of another trinket, on sunday i will be getting greatness card already have the nobles deck waiting in my bags.

Talents: Hmm, shouldn't you be using the Mutilate Glyph over the Slice and Dice Glyph? Also, you might want to drop 1 or 2 points in Master Poisoner for Turn the Tables. It has a diminishing returns effect, 1 or 2 points in MP is usually all you need. Though, unless you're expecting to run without Ret Pallies or Elem Shamans, which could be the case.
Gear: First thing is, why is there an AP gem in the gloves (and ring) while it's Agi everywhere else? Not that it's wrong, just curious about the inconsistency.
Boots you should go with Icewalker, it's the best dps enchant due to high itemization of stats.
You're overcapped on Expertise. Well 2 Expertise I suppose. About 20 rating above cap I think. And you're using a terribad trinket in Victor's Call. You don't *need* to be expertise capped per se, but if you're that worried about cycle stability, then you should probably just use a better trinket and gem for it. Only need to change 3 gems to 20 Exp to get (close) to cap (3 off, close enough).
