My QoS settings for a Linksys WRT54G2 router. You should be WIRED to the router, not wireless. Also, you should be using uTorrent 2.0 if you're ever going to mess with torrenting. I've set WoW as the highest priority, followed by Skype and Vent and FTP, followed by regular web traffic and the, at the bottom, uTorrent's port.
