Like Grasen's example of Dangly, it took months of prodding around and effort before he changed the minds of everyone against him. Quiting on the first day of rejections is, well not looking good.

Lets use Dangly as an example. dangly spent months talking to go's and ro's to pave his way back into guild. and while he left in an emo fassion he did not leave in a drama filled situation.
Sargus also went emo, but again left with little drama.
That is not the case here.
she also states in her app that without a raid spot she wont stay, that doesnt say to me she wants to come back for any reason other than a raid spot and progression. She wants to "offer" herself to us like it is us who will benefit most here. I do not see the humbleness i would expect from someone who wants "Back" into downfall.

We have given some people in guild many invites back when they have left." Holds no water here. reinvites are handled on a case by case basis.
I use to spend alot of time

I do however agree you about the reason that was given for leaving guild in her app. I can understand wanting to raid but an app would have to be patient when it comes to getting a raid spot.
There are people who have caused a big scene in guild and have gotten invites back. I will not name any names in my post of course because it would be very rude.

Each person that was given a chance to come back, put forth quite a bit of effort to smooth over the hard feelings. No, not everyone's mind can be changed about each one...but the attempt to fix that which broke, and understanding that some mud may get slung and being ready to clean it off and dust off the bad to get back to the good is necessary. It's all in the effort that Kesh is willing / not willing to put forth...totally her call.

Swap out your int gems for haste. I realize you said you tank heal alot which a shaman can be adequete at but if/when you get your invite you'll probably be called on to raid heal more often than not where haste is going to surpass int as far as stat weights are concerned. Also consider swapping out a glyph for CH.
Other than that good gear. I'd put a SP enchant on your bracers and enchant your chest w/ mp5 or 10stats, whichever you prefer.
Gear
Keshini — Tue, 12/15/2009 - 14:15I've been out for a couple of months and was checking out EJ last night. I already made changes on my gear by adding haste (they used to say int/crit, now it's back to haste). I also changed some of my talent pts (you can see them on my armory link), but I will look into moving out the imp ankh. I also saw that on the suggested build on EJ. For the glyph, that would depend on what role you would like me to play. As you likely have plenty of pallies, the CH glyph for better raid heals would work. Unfortunately, in my last guild we had no pallies, so I fulfilled the tank healing role. I'm always willing to change things up!

I understand that you love to raid and who are we to stop you from leaving us again if you dont get a raid spot but what are your intentions? Rejoining us and be apart of our family/community and when the opportunity arise you will get a shot at a raid spot. It may take weeks or months. Or is the sole purpose of this application is to experience the best of what high end game raiding has to offer.

But that would have been a lie that many others put in just so they can say what you want to hear. If you decide not to put me to the test for several weeks, to me that would say that you really don't want me in guild or raid. In order to insure that I am not misunderstanding intentions, I would talk to Garreth or the officers first.
I understand how it is to have a large guild and not be able to get people into raids for a while. Others have joined before me and derserve their shot. I just want to be sure that any lack of opportunity is due to too many healers and not enough slots and not history. That's all.
