some things to consider

why do you have 460 hit rating?
why did you enchant bracers with intellect? do you believe this is the best enchant?
why did you enchant main hand with 50 spellpower instead of 63? gold's not hard to come by.
you have a great chest piece, but with 8 to stats instead of ten. see above. also, ten haste ten spirit gem in your chest? that makes no sense to me.
ENCHANTS ARE IMPORTANT. no enchant on leggings (you're a tailor, this costs you 3 gold) NO ENCHANT ON GLOVES. NO ENCHANT ON SHOULDERS (DO YOU HAVE HODIR REP? IF NOT YOU NEED TO GET ON IT ASAP)
15 haste rating on a cloak instead of 23. see above. EDIT: you're a tailor, and tailors have the best cloak enchant in the game, why dont you have this? also tailoring is not maxxed, herbalism is a terrible profession for pve and pvp, and you barely have it at 90 something. these are things that must be corrected
wearing pvp leggings for pve. thats fine if you have no other options, but badges arent hard to come by, and 4 pct9 is actually pretty nice for mages and you dont have it. why? (dont say trophies, cause the 232 ilevel is still better)and then, you socket crit instead of haste, when arcane spec benefits the most from haste, and not much from crit. why?
20 haste gem in offhand. why? can you think of a better gem?
in your spec, you skipped out on arcane meditation, this mana regen loss = a major dps loss. without mana you cant dps, and trust me, the 10% spirit you specced into is a complete waste. 50% mana while casting is much better, why did you do that?
3/3 incanters absorption. meh. you could do fine with just 1 or 2 points in this if any, you would need to be taking constant damage and be priest shielded constantly for this to reap any real benefit.
look forward to your responses. dont take this as me being a jerk, we just want to make sure you know your stuff, we raid end game and expect our players to be able to min/max.
also, slow is almost completely useless in pve and a wasted talent point where you could gain range on your spells that is much more beneficial.
