Looking for TV/2nd Monitor advice

Heya guildies I've come to sport a question to y'all before I rush into something like a chicken with my head cut off.
I've been considering a 2nd monitor for my computer for awhile now for times when I do research etc for school, at the same time the TV I have in my room is stuck on the other side of the room and rarely gets used. I'm looking to buy a Monitor or TV that can double as the other. Prolly 19" or something similar and aiming for something less than $150.00
The TV would mainly be used to play my old PS1 games (although I've considered picking up a cheap PS2) as well as watching DVDs when I wasn't using it as a 2nd Monitor.
So, any advice on good brands etc that I should look at?

If you intend "TV" funtionality though, you may be more sensitive to the inputs available. You'll want HDMI for sure (that one does have HDMI), but you may also need s-video or composite connections for console/vcr/cable box assuming you don't have a fancy-pants reciever that does HDMI upconversion from such inputs.
