Your talents are mostly the same as other druids I've seen, so keeping a party alive shouldn't be any of a problem..
I've looked through your new spec.. Seems like you are going for haste now (Celestial Focus).. Do you use Nourish more or Regrowth more? IF you says you only using one of them, do you really need both EMPOWERED TOUCH or NATURE'S BOUNTY?
Talking about glyphs, looking at the URL you have linked and compare to wowarmory, you still have Glyph of Rapid Rejuvenation and Glyph of Rejuvenation respectively.. Did you forget to change that? Just a question.. And IF you are using Glyph of Rapid Rejuvenation, I hope you can get your last piece of Tier 9 for the 4pcs bonus ASAP.. You know what I mean for this combination..

Thank you for writing! I was actually looking forward to fellow druid comments.
The glyphs on that spec might be slightly off... I got the spec by moding one that I had found online and forgot to link in my own glyphs. I use Wild Growth, Rejuvination and Swiftmend. Sorry for the confusion. I will be getting my head piece for T9 in the next day or two, which will give me my four set bonus, so most likely I will switch to rapid rejuvination when that happens and try it out for a while.
As for your other question. I use both. I use to be big into nourish for a while, but have since moved out of that. I tend use regrowth first and would prefer to stick with just that, but since I am use to situations where I have to pick up slack if another healer dies or doesn't do their job (ie fail pugs) I also like to keep my nourish quite handy. If I started running with a regular group where nourish was un-needed and I could just cover hots, I would more than likely get rid of it.

As far as raiding and all that is concerned, odds are we'd be able to find a niche for you to fill. Gear and experience will come in time, what we want most of all are two things - a good attitude (which you seem to have) and a consistant schedule (which you seem to be headed towards).
Overall, this reads well.
And like Derch says, can never have enough good follows in swing dancing.
