A Place To Gush About Muse Concerts
garreth — Mon, 03/08/2010 - 11:49
OK, so I'm going to see Muse live in Portland on April 3rd. They are one of my all time favorite bands and Agonaynaynaynay has just seen them live. He used words like "religious" and "beautiful" and "dood" a lot when describing the experience. I'm pooping my pants in anticipation.
If you've got any tidbits to share, post it here. Otherwise, bask in this ball-flattening glory:

G, did you see them last time
Karli — Wed, 03/10/2010 - 10:17G, did you see them last time they were in Portland? I dragged Jason to it and he was kind of iffy about Muse before than, but DAMN do they put on a good live show. And last time I think they did the 1/4 arena configuration. Looks like this time it's 3/4 or even the whole thing, but I imagine it will be pretty nuts. You guys rocking general admission or did you snag assigned seats?
At MSG it was 360 seating..
Agoney — Mon, 03/22/2010 - 09:38At MSG it was 360 seating.. At first we were like wow.. why would they sell those limited seats behind the stage... then we were like.. oh, thats why!
I have not seen them live
garreth — Wed, 03/10/2010 - 10:32I have not seen them live yet, so I'm super extra excited for this show. Though, I'm not sure what kind of tickets we have. D bought them for me for my birthday months ago (though my birthday is in April). Honestly, I'd be happy even if I was only in the parking lot during the show :P
Way to give me a great idea,
Vulk — Wed, 03/10/2010 - 07:14Way to give me a great idea, to spend some money to go to a concert, then crush my hopes as the concert in Denver is already sold out. Bah!! Sad day.
Saw your concert pics on FB,
garreth — Tue, 03/09/2010 - 14:14Saw your concert pics on FB, Ag. Holy Jesus Balls that looks amazing. I'm so excited for the show in Portland. I have to be on a plane 5 hours after the concert ends to give a presentation at a conference in San Francisco, so it's going to a WILD f'ing weekend.
I don't know. I like muse,
cromi — Tue, 03/09/2010 - 10:10I don't know. I like muse, But I'm kind of partial to Wolfmother, imo it's kind of like the addition of muse with led zeppelin. And it's instrument clarity is smooth like jazz, with the syncing of van halen.
New Born live is seriously
Agoney — Mon, 03/08/2010 - 15:05New Born live is seriously sensory overload.. thats only way I can explain it. I'll up some pictures once im home.
Someone recorded the whole
Agoney — Mon, 03/08/2010 - 14:59Someone recorded the whole MSG concert on youtube... im literally reliving the best 2 hours and 15 mins of my life (well, maybe not the best, but its in the top 3).
