Downfall Kills the King

Atar — Thu, 04/29/2010 - 20:14

Amazing job everyone. Thanks to all that have helped out over the past couple of weeks with our Lich King progression. After many wipes, yells, and problems filling raid we finally made it happen. Congratulations to everyone on our kill!

I want to congratulate and thank everyone from our regulars to those who we asked to help us when everyone couldn't be present. Salmon has struggled for the last month trying to keep players motivated and coming in time after time to experience this moment. We've worked very hard since the opening of ICC to get to this point and I couldn't be happier with everyone. This was a very satisfying victory.

Enjoy the moment Salmon raiders. We've all earned a nice moment of Internet glory.

Amen!

It could sound a bit stupid... but that's exactly what I felt... A moment of WoW glory... that's what really drives me to come every raid day, struggle, wipe, try again, feel frustrated, but eager to come back the next day, cuz, sonner or later, with more effort and focus, We'll experience that moment of satisfaction, that proves to myself I can be better everyday.

This is a special achievement for me cuz in my former server and guild, we didn't have what we have in Salmon to get to this moment (and I'm not talking only about players performance). I never got a Yogg Saron kill, which is equivalent in difficulty to LK back in the day, never had the chance to face Illidan in a blizzard server cuz they didn't take LATAM credit cards till LATAM server went live (July/08). It is indeed a special moment for me.

SHHHHHH!!!! BOLVAR SAID WHAT
