There is no fight here, Gares. And I apologize if our concern for heading off a potential (even if it is miniscule) problem irritated you.

And Grasen, it Is the mAlt raid, we don't give a shit about who brings what toon. I agree. The term "mains" was used, which raised concern between Garreth and myself. We have no issue with her using her characters in any way she pleases in the mAlt raid.

Please, don't take the discussion for anything other than face value. There's no aggression or fighting here. There's no taking issue with her wanting to raid on a shaman in an ALT raid. The *only* concern was the use of the term "mains", which stopped being a concern (since the conversation stopped) about 5 hours ago.

Most of the time Shihli (and myself to an extent) give equal (or more) playtime to an alt is because there's really nothing for our mains to do. We might have all the reputation we want/need, might have all the gear we need, or might just want to try a class role that is different than our first. Bottom line is, in the eyes of the guild officers, you only have 1 main.

I think we're really only debating semantics, Everstar.

No one's saying you aim to drag Ancientpanda into every raid everywhere. The point Garreth tried to make is that, in the eyes of him, the other officers, and the guild in general, people only have one "main".

Mine is Shihli. Jasmynn's is Cisper, *even though* we call her Jasmynn (the name of her now-alt). And although you give equal playtime to Ancientpanda and to Everstar (much like I do Luchs and Shihli) you only really get to designate one toon your "main".

Everstar, you need to realize you cannot have two "main" toons. You have one main toon, for the intents and purposes of raiding. That toon is Everstar, in your case. To that end, your druid and your shaman are both "alts" to Garreth, myself, and the other raid officers.

There used to be someone in our precursory guild, <the forsaken order>, that claimed to have multiple mains. He made raiding in general an absolute nightmare, and made looting decisions hellish. Please don't go down that road :x

Oh, and Gares - we "attuned" two alts to MH/BT to help keep the raid afloat in the event of any of our main tanks disappearing for a night or two. They are not "main" raid toons.
