who cares texting while driving and frankly talking on a phone while driving should both be illegal and punishable by fines. There is no text or phone call important enough in the world that you need to take it on the way home.

just wanted to point out that the photo is shopped.  Those arent Women hands, and women generally(seriously, i dont mean to offend any women who do, but GENERALLY) women dont wear shirts that require cufflinks.  Also, in the mirror her shirt is black, revealing a fair amount of shoulder, while the arm amount of shirt we see is a gray-whitish color ending at the wrist in a very formal fashing, which would indicate a shirt that generally hugs very close to the neck from collarbone, around the back, and down to collar bone on the other side. 

But most importantly, according to the speedometer, the person is idleing at a stop.
