It's got all the above.
Decursive is redundant. Just make a macro like this:

/cast [mod:alt,target=player][help][target=mouseover,help][target=targettarget,help][target=player] Cleanse
Now just wave your mouse over grid and spam the button. No need to take your eyes off grid, no need for a separate mod.
