Just as a reminder, since you're new to the site - we often use these event discussions as a place for some friendly, constructive advice/criticism. We know this is/was your alt, we just want to make sure everyone has the information they need to find better gear/specs/rotations/etc. Nothing said here is ever meant to be pushy or insulting or to say, "You are terrible at playing your class." To us, it's just part of having a helpful and knowledgable community to back you up and help you be the best at raiding you can be, for yourself as well as for the other 24 people who all depend on each other to progress.

P.S. We don't expect you to fix all these things tomorrow, just as it becomes reasonably possible.  Also, I probably have alot of the enchants you need - hit me up in game if I'm on.

Some helpful hints from an enhancement shaman:

1)  Put a +8str gem in your helm.  Don't be stingy.
2)  Get a new neck, agi/AP isn't really shaman-oriented gear.  Gun for the neck out of Karazhan.
3)  Put blue-quality gems in your shoulders and enchant them.  Don't be stingy.
4)  Again, you could use a new cloak.  I recommend the one off Moroes in Karazhan.  Enchant your current cloak, too.
5)  Try to get a new chest  :x  At least enchant the one you have.
6)  Grab the badges bracers, or at least put a +str gem in your current ones. 
7)  Enchant your gloves with +15str.
8)  Get a new belt!
9)  Put blue-quality gems and an enchantment on your legs.  Don't be stingy.
10)  Get new boots.
11)  Replace your violet signet with the rep ring from Sha'tar.
12)  Get a new trinket in place of that green one.
13)  Enchant your reflex blades with +20 strength at the very least.
14)  GET A NEW OFFHAND.  A DAGGER IS SHIT.  Get a green 2.6sec or slower off the AH, it'll do you a LOT better.

Your stat priorities should be:

STR > Crit rating = agility > AP > hit rating >>>>>> anything else.

BTW: it is wholly possible i won't be on until 6:05 or 6:10. I have a rehersal that usually ends early enough for me to get home right at 6 server, but sometimes runs a few mins over. I will be logging off at TK fully repaired and ready to go.

we should easily be able to down 3 of the bosses tonight however if it runs late we may have problems w/ people needing replacements, however doing 4 would be nice :)
