But im pretty dissapointed in my dps last night. I guess it was because I got owned in the face in both the VR and Al'ar kill shots. Also, TK fights are very focused on frequent movement from what i've seen. I guess I had trouble with that.

Epatrick — Fri, 03/07/2008 - 01:3893 spellhit is very, very low. 202 is the cap for a skull mob (which a'lar is) Spellhit, even with suppression is the number one dps increasing stat until you hit cap, the more casts you actually land that tick for full dmg, the less wasted casts you have. I know this is beating a dead horse because I've already said this in Gchat a few times, but until you hit close to cap for spellhit 16% you can't stack it enough. The only time I drop it is for trash.
One thing though : watches is higher because he's using a dps curse. Zifter and Coryni are both using raid utility curses. that bumps him up a HUGE percent.

What I can see: 1) Watches

1) Watches is Destro and Coryni is Affliction, so Watches threw a lot more shadowbolts and Coryni a lot more dots. However, Coryni's dots BARELY do more damage than her shadowbolts, and she missed 13% of her shadowbolts ... which, to me, implies a DRASTIC lack of +spellhit gear. Cory has 93 spell hit, Watches has 159.
2) Coryni had a significant number of partial resists as well.
Soooo yeah ... Coryni would benefit from a heaping bowl of spell hit I think :x

This fight is a ranged dpser's dream for the first half, did we have a DC here? Just wonderin'. I see a lock at #1, #9 and #14. That's a HUUUUUGE gap for the same class. If the rogues did this, we'd be in a serious discussion of cycles and specs by now :P
