The only pre-BC stuff that I still have other than random vanity crap and a couple of pieces of fire resistance gear (i.e. ony attunement neck and that cloak you need for BWL) is Sulfuras, Force Reactive Disc, and the epic off-hand that summons a skeleton off of the last boss in SC strat.

I agree with shihli. This is exactly why I try my very hardest not
to pug anything. Its a jaded view, I know, but I'd rather wait a week
trying to find guildies willing to help, than have to take a pug into
an instance (and hell no if its a pug tank).

skill > gear, but only up to a point. You still have to be able to heal the incoming damage. Doubt you could heal a heroic wearing all outlands greens from the AH.
