It's been real fun for me but I think I have come to the conclusion that it is time to not throw balls at Elapsed.

What Happened to Ardea:
Funny thing... I hit the 50 character cap so I was going through my character lists and deleting a few of my spare Ardeas... I deleted the wrong one... It took a few weeks to get him because of my history of restorations. After getting him back I moved him over to a different server to finish Wrath (Downfall raids were done until Cata)
Hours changed at work so that I would not be able to do much during DF times so i kept Ardea on the other server and leveled Klean and Lepp.
What changed?
I have missed Downfall so when my Job and hours changed (again) so no i can attend a later raid time... which fits into perfectly into Downfall's raid times.
Raidable toons?
Klean (Holy/ ret) - heroic blues
Ordea is close to the DF 25m progression.

My dearest Downfallers,
I've hit a wall in the world...of Warcraft. I haven't had the desire to log in to WoW much lately and have come to the very difficult decision to cancel my subscription. All of my character information has been saved and I can come back to the game whenever I'd like. I don't know if/when I'll be back, but something tells me that the upcoming xpac may suck me back in...
Downfall has come a long ways since the formation and I'm honored that I could be a part of that restructuring and creation of the community that we have today. I'm so proud of all the members for being such upstanding players (most of the time at least*) and aiding in the development of such a strong community. You don't find a group of people so devoted to a game and eachother that they're willing to pitch in to help a family in need, offer a couch to a person they've never met except in pixels and offer such assistance to almost complete strangers because of a video game. Downfall is truly unique.
Kitten Brigade, thanks for having me back after a summer full of late closing shifts and letting me raid with you all again. It was a great experience. Keep kicking ass and kill Arthas for me, he's really ugly.
Downfall in general, it's been an honor to share the same guild tag, you all rock.
This is not a goodbye post, more of a "see ya later" post. If you'd like to get ahold of me, you can always find me on Facebook and or txt message if you have my number. I'll continue to check in perodically and see where Downfall has gone and what awesomness y'all are doing now. My last day of my subscription is Jan 8, 2010 so I will try to pop in once in awhile to say 'allo.

Moonkin Gearing - ToC 25 Heroic Level

Hello! I've taken the time to create an optimal Moonkin gear list. I've also made one for my personal gearing path, as some items are so small of an upgrade over other items I have (Example [Blade of Tarasque] is only 40 dps below the mace, and that is assuming I replace another piece of gear at the same time.
I've come to the conclusion that the best set up is t9.258 4 piece with helm, chest, shoulders, and gloves with 258 pants of Anub. Sadly, unless you get all 4 pieces of 258 tier gear, you'll do more dps with 2 piece t9 (Head/Chest) and 2 piece t8 (Shoulders/Gloves).
This list is the current optimal gear set:

Cloak: [Jaina's Radiance]

This upcoming list is basically the optimal set you can have, if you aren't capable of getting 4 pieces of 258 tier but can atleast get 2 pieces of 245 tier and have old tier 8 in the bags.

That is the optimal dps you're going to have, without getting 4 full 258 tier pieces. I will likely sub out those bracers, and that weapon, for Bejeweled Wizard's Bracers and Blade of Tarasque as it's probably one of the least dps increasing upgrades for me. If I can get Nebula's Band I'll use it over Band of Deplorable Violence since it's only a few less dps.
