Which addons do you consider essential and why?:

I have way too many of them :) I got grid for healing, and now use it for all my toons as just an easy way to select people. I have things that warn me when soul stones fall off, buffs get rebuffed, CD's on rebirths and Heroism, Mana tide totem, innervate, pretty much anything useful. Recount and omen, although i really feel that the ingame version of Omen works just fine. Bar mods, minimap mods, buff mods. Oh, and Gearscore, cause, you know, how else would i know how much i pwn?

PvE

Raid Experience:

On my mage, i have done all the of ToC 10/25, all of ICC 10 without having killed LK. 25's i have experience on every boss except LK. Also some Naxx/Maly/ulduar experience but my Druid was my main when those were relevant.

On my other toons....

My priest has experience limited mostly to ICC, but has the LK kill.

In BC i DPS'd and Healed Kara (hunter/druid) Through to the end boss, including the optional dragon bosses. I also downed Magtheradin(Spelling?) on my hunter and healed the first half or so of Zul'aman and SSC.

In Wrath i have healed every boss in 10's on my druid except Alagon. Never killed Yogg. In 25's i have healed every boss except Yogg and Sindi/LK.

On my druid when we are 2-man/4-manning content i often do a lot of the tank healing. If we are running a fully healers raid then im am generally only raid heals. My priest is a tank healer with a shadow spec, though i will be changing her around a little for hard modes.

im generally a very happy person. I work nights at walmart and enjoy my job although lately things have been getting ridiculous. i smoke, drink occasionally, dont do drugs though i dont see anything wrong with some of them, weed and shrooms basically. I like to have a good time, and to me, thats more important then any boss kill.

so im a little confused with Rawr right now. Got a new weapon and new bracers last night, both have blue slots, both have +5 sp bonus, yet in weapon it wants +12sp+10spr, and in wrist it wants +23sp. The Theoretical difference in DPS is minimal in both cases, but what would account for the difference in gems in identical situations?

Yea, I've had RAWR do that to me a few times. Normally I find that I've accidently clicked a buff off or something. Normally if you completely exit out of RAWR then it'll fix itself.

Keep signing up for Sal'mon, and be online and prepared for raid. Also, if there is a night you won't be able to make raid, try to post a comment on the signup for that night so we'll have a heads up.

One thing I am noticing, theres a few fights where you only popped mirror images once. You should have enough time to get atleast 2 uses out of the 18% more damage buff per fight. Try to work on that, its a huge DPS boost. Also, keep working on getting tier 10 shoulders. 264 tier shoulders are second BIS (277 is BIS) even if you are already rocking 4 piece tier 10.

hopefullyi can get into a pug 10 this week that does well. IF so i can pick up those shoulders. I did my best to pop MI as soon as it was off CD yesterday, and i think it made a pretty visible improvement in my DPS.

As to posting Damage meters on suarfang, SOME of us had to kill adds :)

If you are seeing misses for Sindragosa, its because we had no boomkin or shadow priest for the 3% to hit. Our strat revolves around stacking healers, not much we can really do about it. Now that I'm actually looking at parses, almost all of our spellcasters had around 20 or more misses. Its just the lack of that 3% to hit from Boomkin or S. Priest.

If you geared optimally and there wasn't a ff or misery debuff up on your target, that would account for more misses than normal. Check on another player who is geared for 13% hit to see if their miss rate is the same as yours. (I am a bad example of this.)

i think i will do that. Current plan on transferring toons is to hold off on any more until a few months after Cata comes out. I want to be able to focus on getting Mungs to 80 and geared, and seeing some of the new areas through a new toon or two before i start trying to get a second toon into raiding content. I feel i really failed there in Wrath. I rushed Shroom to 80 and quickly got Mungs there, and all of a sudden i was so wrapped up in gearing and raiding that i didnt have time to enjoy wrath for what it was. I didnt see the wrathgate event until my priest which was my fourth or fifth 80.

What is your rotation?
Do you use or ever head of RAWR?
Why are you gemming +20 crit is some yellow sockets and then SP & haste in others?

*Scorching only if there is not a warlock with ISB in the raid and attacking my target. Stacking scorch is no longer a DPS increase according to EJ's.

**With the 2t10 Bonus, i try to wait on Pyroblasts if i still have the haste procc up. However when its looking likely that another Hot Streak will procc, i just to blow it either way. These cases would be if LB is about to go off, if i am about to reapply scorch, if i plan on using combustion for next spell.

While moving i make sure LB is refreshed, then if i am within range on a 83 boss i will blast wave, otherwise i will Fire Blast. in Most movement cases however the amount moved is so minimal that hitting Fire Blast and causing a GCD is a dps loss.

I have Rawr3 Beta on my computer and have had the previous rawr for about a year before that, but admittly am not an expert on it. I use it to try and figure out where i am and where i need to be aiming at next.

As too my gear, i may still have some arcane gear on but hopefully armory will have that updated when you get back from eating.
