Looks good! I love how Grid's aggro alert is HUGE!

Recommendations:

• Go to Interface options and check "Turn off party frames in raid" or "Hide party frames in raid"... cannot remember. This will free up some UI room and with grid you do not need them.  
• Put Grid and Lifebloomer together so you can watch the raid as you are watching the tanks. I have Lifebloomer on top of grid where the party frames go... or in the lower right hand corner.
• Mouse over macros for healing and decursing. Vossa and I posted some useful macros here: /node/2410 ... you will need to change the USE to reference your trinkets.
• With the mouse-over macros you will need to use the WASD keys to move so I bound all my spells to 1 2 and 3, swift heal to f, and decurse to c... basically so I can use the keys to move and the mouse to hover and still be able to heal...
• If you want more room you can shrink the Bag  bar and the config(?) bar. it is rare that you will need these bars while in combat so they can be made smaller and placed out of the way.

Kill the bliz party frames imo.
