A new beta build was just released, patch notes are very vague and incomplete. mmo champ is updating theirs as they find the changes, they can be viewed here:

The guild thing about the calendar is that it shows all in-game events. Holidays, fairs, and soon to be BGs. Now will it get used to raiding purposes, doubt it.

Every healing class is getting buffs to their mana regen (spirit is just insane now for druids/priests). Pallys get evocate. Shaman get watershield procs off crits (I hope they increase the # of charges. Its already a pain in the ass to blow a GCD on some fights to refresh it.) and now we know why. You get 1 pot per boss fight. GoGo Mp5.

Though rogues were not really touched in this build, new talents still not implemented and no glyphs or talent tree changes, there were two changes.

1. Kick is no longer on the GCD, like evasion, you can kick when needed even if you just pressed sinister strike!

2. Energy is no longer on a 2-second tic, Rogues will now recieve 1 energy every 1/10th of a second. This gives a more static energy regen and still equals the 20 energy every two seconds. A video can be seen at http://vimeo.com/1427758
