Not a whole lot to say here other than: OMG.
Here we go
The final kill shot of The Burning Crusade
I'm blind
Some of you lore nerds might recognize this guy.
This is my final kill post of The Burning Crusade. Congratulations, Downfall! The Hamfist and LF1M raids made this happen and you all have yourselves to thank for this. The thank you list is far too long to put here (for now!), but I'll get to it! Grats again guys!
Edit: Loots, just cuz it's fun :)
Edit 2: Antiquite and Shinzwei's Perspective on the fight! Great vid, download the whole thing for a much better experience via the link below.

Anyone interested in taking some of us who have subbed and/or been a part of hamfist before back thru?
For Kil'Jaeden/Sunwell, we
garreth — Wed, 10/29/2008 - 10:44For Kil'Jaeden/Sunwell, we won't be directly bringing people in who haven't been there so much.
HOWEVER, for Black Temple and Hyjal tonight I'm VERY open to the idea of bringing in LF1M and geared/experienced guildies who will be very active in Wrath.
No alts tonight in BT, please. But, if you're an LF1M'er looking to finish off a set or are an up-and-coming Wrath raider, tonight is your night.
Hmm, then how does current
saedo — Wed, 10/29/2008 - 10:46Hmm, then how does current alts that want to be up and coming Wrath main raiders work?

garreth — Wed, 10/29/2008 - 10:50Hate you, Saedo.
Let me also state that we're inviting by class balance as well (like usual).
Where is our stated list of main-switchers in Wrath again?
Don't think we have one.

Nerfed content or not, thats
Agoney — Wed, 10/29/2008 - 09:59Nerfed content or not, thats probably the best encounter I've been a part of. Vent had almost an eerie, but good feeling that last 20%. It sucked that we wiped/got bugged on the 1% attempt, but I think it made the actually kill shot that more rewarding.
Grats Everyone, and thank you to anyone thats subbed/donated mats/cheered us through the course of TBC.

Karli — Wed, 10/29/2008 - 08:27I couldn't be more stoked to being ending BC with such a bang...thank you to all of the members of Hamfist, and most notably, to Garreth, who has spent the better part of 3+ years herding kittens so we could see this end game content.
We didn't get to C'thun before the end of wow classic, and to be able to have taken that kill shot of KJ last night was the most monumental moment I've ever had in wow, and I'm sure all you others would agree.
Special thanks goes to all those raiders that I've been playing with for the last 3 years:
Nuitarin
Agoney
Dikymo
Epatrick
Shinzwei
Shihli
Garreth
Keisjaa
Closer
Katibug
And those that missed the kill shot but get a shout out anyway:
Jester
Sorahn
Tankard
And even though I never raid with him anymore:
Captpeepants
