400 Inscribers can make these, if you're interested (and >= Level 77):
Faces of Doom Binds when picked up Held In Off-hand +32 Intellect +32 Spirit Requires Level 77 Requires Inscription (425) Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 32 (0.86% @ L77). Equip: Increases spell power by 39.
Iron-bound Tome Binds when picked up Held In Off-hand 200 Armor +45 Stamina Requires Level 77 Requires Inscription (425) Equip: Improves critical strike rating by 16 (0.43% @ L77). Equip: Increases spell power by 62.
They're kind of expensive and require a [43102]. I'm guessing a Death Knight might be good for 45stam, 200 armor, and crit/spell power. That said, a DK w/1h and tome...?

I doubt very many people will be carrying those around because they require 425 Inscription just to use (based on your post).

All their crit based items are based off their melee crit rating as well and with no mana pool this makes Int a pointless stat for them.
