Morgraines — Fri, 02/20/2009 - 10:06In about 2-3 weeks I will not be able to play wow for at least 3-5 weeks, I am moving to a new house and I need to get internet going and a steady job in the area. Also guys if you ever need a Prot, ret or holy pally for anything just let me know, in game mail is fine, on the app is great. Again I know all the fights in wotlk including 10 and 25 man sarth 3d, at this point if I don't get into a 25 man raid I am fine with that, I will be willing to lead a 10 man group into uldaar, I know someday I will get a shot at the 25 mans like everyone does :)

Random thoughts from a non-guild officer, non-raider, weekend warrior:
We have a new channel we have recently added channel "dfrecruit". Join up, it'll help us know your there when we need adds for 10mans, 5mans, mAlts, and raids. (I believe. Hit the "Tracker" button here in the forums and search up the link. Its a recent Post)
Sign-Up for events you'd like to attend. Many of the 10mans we have going right now are guild-pugs since not all of our guild members are 80, we're leaning heavily on guild-apps. A sign-up isn't a guaranteed spot, but it is a start
Look me up online. I'm going to be leveling VERY slowly, but I'm Prot and I'm an instance-whore. You need a tank, just lemme know. (Not that I'll be online much before the new year..... Family Raiding)
When mAlt starts back up at the beginning of the year, join up. Aidin always likes taking one or two guild apps. Don't know what mAlt is? Login to IRC. I'll 'splain
What do you think of healing? Its not a requirement, but you will have a raid-position much faster as a healer than any other class (including tanks, thanks to DKs). I know recently we've had LOTS of DPS/Tanks apply.
Don't be upset/surprised if you don't instantly join the guild even if you've been raiding with us for a few weeks. Garreth and Atar look for SERIOUS committment, and try to make sure people won't burn out.
On the previous note. We have TWO 25man Raids in our guild. One is Mon/Tues/Wed/Fri, the other is Tues/Wed/Thurs. Can you agree to be there every night, every week, every month almost without fail? Garreth (Raid 1) and Atar (Raid 2) are looking for committed raiders who are willing to give full effort all the time.

Morgraines — Wed, 02/11/2009 - 20:45I am bumping my application for a review, I was trying to revive my 10 man guild with Knoppix and things just didn't turn out well. But now at least I have a full epic set of gear for each spec, I know all fights including sarth 3d 10+25 man. I can currently play every raid night, so if downfall would like a smart player I am here and ready. :)
