Raid: Fam Aggro
Raid: Fam Aggro is coming. It will be the most casual and laid-back 25man progression Raid of Downfall, but it will be a progression Raid.
We have a great deal of raiders who cannot commit to the same time each week, but can commit to the same time most weeks. Are you one of them?
We will be Raiding Friday's after 8pm server time until whenever, and Sundays from 8am server till 12pm server. We will raid on a semi-monthly basis, to be scheduled roughly a week or two ahead of time each Raid.
You as a player will be held to the Raid, and you will be held to your
Zifter and I will be spearheading the QQ, but we would like to see a couple additional Raid Leaders step forward to assist. There is a reason the Raid is named Fam(ily) Aggro, and it would be best to have at least a couple more Raid Leaders to ensure Raid surviveability and continuity. Please send either zifter or myself a PM in the forums if you wish to be a Raid-Leader.
If you are already part of Salmon/Kitten Brigade and have your Friday's off, you are welcome to signup provided it is with an Alt that you have sufficiently geared. However, raiders will be chosen from those not currently part of Kitten Brigade or Salmon first.
*Update*
As we near D-Day, theres some gaps in our current Raid-Comp. We have no Hunters, no Mages, and no Warlocks. I know they got face-melted, but still. :p

Please post with your available classes and specs. Currently we are six/eight DPS short and one/three healers short of where we would like to be for Friday. Depending on how everything moves we may give a slight delay for a few of our sign-ups to get geared (three are not 80 yet and this Raid is catered to the casuals).

But for example Druids, Shamans, and Paladins, you have to know what spec they can do. Also, one or two of our sign-ups have multiple toons. :p
I will say now though, as it stands having 9 melee DPS is mucho-no-gusto. We may need to ask some people to respec/regear. Depends on what other sign-ups we get.

I have enough of a set put together I could respec to boomkin as well if need be. In that one run I think I picked up 4 resto/boomkin pieces including the T7 chest which I accidently got the boomkin one instead of the resto one (oops im a noob). So let me know either way and I will do it although I have never played as a boomkin.

Yeah, 30k is actually fairly high considering what you really need to get started in naxx25. The "bottom-of-the-barrel" is 21k, and the recommended is 23k unbuffed. (which you can get from blues btw).
We might end up having you go Boomkin Blue, just because of the mass of healers/tanks we've had signup, but we'll see what happens.

The patch wont be doing me any favors either at least if I OT being as my 2 rings I have are a good portion of my armor and now will be virtually worthless. Needless to say I will be looking for JC's to make earthguard rings and chains I think either that or I will just respec to deeps or resto (although I am not comfortable with grid yet). My resto set has been coming along better than my tanking set lately lol...I think I am over 1300k heals and I have a few things that need replaced and or gemmed so not bad for an off set. The baby is good he has been pretty happy so far ty for asking. I cant wait for friday!

I spent like 24+ hours online this weekend between Friday and Sunday getting level 80, and spent like 2,000g between respecs and gear trying to stay in 5mans and Heroics! Picked up my [37179] and my [42508]. After only a few more quests, I'll be able to pickup my [44198] and [44201]. All things considered Jan 23 might have been the perfect date to choose to get this thing started. I'll have just about gotten 25-Naxx ready! Haha.
