So Ryu, my sister and I made a random pug for MC last night and got all but 3 (not counting Ragnaros) killed. its not scheduled to reset for a while but we wanted to get the achievement for MC (to kill ragnaros) wanted to know if any of you guys wanted to help and get your achievement too.
No you dont have to be attuned to get in, you just need the attunement to take the shortcut. But if youre 80 you can easily solo the shortcut attune quest.
anyway, planning to pick it up again at 6:30 server. We just need some peeps with the water to summon Ragnaros, the patch hasnt come into effect where you dont need the water yet.

Torvo — Wed, 12/31/2008 - 12:06I should be there... I still have no idea how to actually get IN to MC though (shortcut or not - last time I tried I was fumbling around blindly for a half hour til I gave up), so if someone wants to lock-summon me that would be super :)

Katibug — Sun, 01/04/2009 - 01:53Or you (and a few others) can do the quest chain to get the waters. It might be kind of a pain, but then you won't have to wait. The quest chain wasn't that bad and I think I was able to finish it in 30 mins, when I was lvl 60...
I still hold mine in my bank as a memento of the past. It's one of those few things I've held on to as a "wow, that shit was awesome" type of thing to look back on.
