Hit and expertise isn't the best of stats for a combat rogue. How you feel about it is irrelevant. Nowadays, it's all about the Agi/AP. They're about equal, whatever you prefer more, damage distribution is just different depending on what you choose.

There are far better blue offhands out there. Purple doesn't always mean it's better. There's a cheap blue dagger that appears on AH often that's just godly. Look up Librarian's Paper Cutter. If not that, any fast weapon will do, 1.6 is terrible. 1.5 are ok. 1.4 are what to drool for. 1.3 are godly, but only a blue weapon exists, so it's limited til the 213 level weapons.

Needs to learn to spell awesome! He came on today when I called him up last minute after we were short a player and noticed we had no rogues. He has raided with us before and he always fills his role.

I would have to disagree with pulga saying he slacked on dps when I was looking at the individual boss fights alot of them he was up near the top. Pulga would know more about talent points and where they should be put and he should take any advice he can get from him.

Make sure and keep signing up for events and be ready to bring your A game!!!

Otherwise, interestingly fine. Was kinda expecting more, but SnD is fine, CD usage is prob fine.

It's mostly the wrong spec/gear/glyphs/wtf moments holding you back I'd say... 500 dps or so.

P.S. Looking further. Trash mob damage is terrible. Way terrible. Eh, whatever, if people care about trash.

I only said he was slacking because I looked at his gear, and took a guess as to what dps he should have been doing. I didn't check his spec at the time. I bet with these slight fixes, he could be doing a few hundred dps more, at least.

After running EP1 with him

After running EP1 with him today, he seemed to slack a bit on dps. But, I believe this can be easily helped. I see 2/2 in endurance, and 2/2 in unfair advantage, but 0/3 in lightning reflexes. Take 1 point from endurance, and 2 points from unfair advantage, and put them into lightning reflexes. I also see 3/3 into imp evis, and 2/5 into lethality. Put those points into lethality instead. I'd also replace glyph of evasion with glyph of sinister strike. Try these changes, and see what difference it makes.

You are right the Sinister strike is much better. I don't even know why I picked up the Glygh of Evasion
The points I put into Unfair Advantage were only filler points. The points into Evasion were for the Stamina.
I can move the points out of Unfaif Advantage and put them into Lightning Reflexes.
As I never PVP the only advantage I see in Lightning Relfexes is against trash. I did have 5/5 in Lethality but I moved them into Improved Eviscerate was to increase the damage.
I found that I had to much down time. Example: SnD is up with 12 seconds left, Rupture is up with 10 seconds left and I have 4 - 5 cps up so I use Eviscerate. I felt the 20% increase in damage made a big improvement in my overall damage.

Uh, have you even read what Lightning Reflexes does? Read it right now and then respond again.

On Evis vs Lethality. You do realize you use Eviscerate maybe 6 times in a fight? You use combo generating moves oh like say, Sinister Strike, 82 times. (this is reference to your Patchwerk kill)

So, napkin math, a 20% boost to 4% of your damage (0.8% of your dps) vs a 18% boost to 13% of your damage (2.38% of your dps). Which sounds better?
