here there is a picture, i was bored and i was thinking in fix my play mode. i was LF macros but nothing like i want, so i made this macros with some help "wow Forums, Tankspot" . I already fix this macros to dance bewteen "battle, Berserker and Defensive Stance" .

Battle Stance: if you are on berserker or Defensive stance this macro will change to battle stance and after change+Hamstring with more clicks.

Berserker  Stance: if you are on battle stance this macro will change to Battle stance, btw u can do hamstring and equip an off hand weap if u need it with more clicks.

/cast [stance:2] Berserker Stance
/equipslot 17 Demise
/cast Hamstring

Defensive Stance: if u are on Berseker Stance, This macro will jump to Baatle stance equiping your shield and casting Spell Reflect, btw using Shift u can change your shield for your off hand weap.
