Are you raiding with any of the Downfall raids? If not again I invite you to sign up for Torvo's Saturday morning EP!!!1 raid. This is a good opportunity to be seen by a lot of the downfall regulars that attend. As some of our newer df'ers can attest you have a good chance of getting in guild by raiding with EP!!!1. It is sometimes hard for a pure dps class to get into kitty brigade and salmon, so take the opportunities you can get. Good luck in your app and I hope to see you raiding with us soon.

We are as well looking for a rogue to fill our 25 man ulduar runs saturday at 11am server. /node/6404 The only current rogue that shoudl be there is also a guild app that really hasnt shown a ton of promise yet. We run every saturday and this will be our second week of ulduar 25 so we are just learning. If you are interested sign up and we will see you tomorrow. If not no biggie.

First of all, thank you for all the feedback. I just wanted to explain my logic with how I did things. Gear - first I have been unlucky with rolls on the T7.5 helm the four or five times it has dropped for me. I recently got T8 gloves from Emalon and have it gemmed and enchanted properly, just waiting for another set piece for the bonus. Lazyness - not exactly, just tried to make the biggest improvements I could with what funds I had, same goes for LW, I'm working on it as i keep doing dailies and farming with mining, its just taking more time than I expected. Rotation and Glyphs - I glyphed the I did because if I am spamming SS with the combat rotation, It might as well get a damage bonus from it, and with SnD I prefer to stack it to full before building up another set of combo points. I find it a smoother rotation and still competitive DPS. I believe killing spree should be used sparingly, and always with TotT on the tank. At this point, I use it to clean up adds in boss fights when there's a time crunch or second wave coming along. I hope this answered some of your questions and concerns. Thanks again for the imput, and know that I am going to impliment them as soon as I can.

Kick not bound to "1"??? What

Kick not bound to "1"??? What is the point of having Auto-attack (i think) there? The reason I ask is you have it bound to 8 it appears. One of the utlities rogues bring is having an interrupt on such a low CD. Having kick at 8 means you have to move your hand over to hit it, rather then having at an easier accessable location..

It seems kind of a lame thing to criticize, but when I used to play my rogue (way long ago), this would make a huge difference. Ya it might take .2 seconds to move your hand over and hit it.. but you could see how this potentially can lead to an issue.. .2 seconds to move plus fighting some type of lag, doesn't leave much room for error to interrupt those 1.5s casts. You could "pre-load" the kick i guess and have your finger on it already, but your probably sacarficing DPS to do this, and thats the #1 thing you bring.

Well then, you should know the "biggest" improvements you chose are wrong. I hope you still have funds to get a [44253], the belt is a poor choice of purchase.

LW is just way low. Did you never max a crafting profession? Or was this a recent re-roll to it? Either way it's very bad to have it low cause you're not taking advantage of the bonus to it. If it was your first crafting profession, you should've levelled it while levelling. That means even if you just hit 80, I'd expect it to be in the 400s, minimum. If it was a re-roll, it was a poor choice to not have mats all ready so you can instantly hit at least 400. Right now at that level, you might as well not have a profession slot.

I take it mining then is for moneys. Ever think about profession bonuses?

/sigh at Killing Spree. So you're one of those rogues.... Well, I take the opposite approach. Use Killing Spree as much as possible. Yes, it's a dangerous move at times. Yes you can't use it all the time. Yes it can totally fuck up your dps. Yes, it can very well get you and the raid killed if you popped it at the wrong second. But that's the thing, if you learned when you can use it, the perfect times, it's a fairly significant dps boost. A difference between good rogues and mediocre rogues, one will find a way to use all his best abilities, the other is afraid to push his buttons.

according to wow-heroes I am #1 rated resto shaman on server. Do I believe this to be the case. not by a long shot. Simply means that A. I have more higher lvl items then others and B. I have gems and enchants on everything I can have on it. It has nothing to do with stats.

I just armoried you cause I was curious, why do you have [Band of Channeled Magic]? Spirit = worthless. That's purchased with emblems, why didn't you get the [Renewal of Life] instead?

You also have the SP/Spirit enchant on your pants. Sp/Stam is better for us. We get absolutely nothing from spirit.

You chose mining and lw, why did you pick that particular combo?

Your minor glyph slots are all empty, second sign of lazy. Sure, they don't contribute to dps at all, but why not fill them for the minor quirks they can provide?

You chose SS, SnD, and Rupture as your glyphs, any particular reason why?

What is your opinion on Killing Spree?

You gemmed for AP, why did you decide to go that route?

Did you never get a T7 helm? Or did you decide that helm was best as the 5th to rotate in?

If that site is right, you have 144 valor emblems, so you might want to look into a [Wristwraps of the Cutthroat]. It's not a huge upgrade mind you, just one of those 10-15 dps boosts.

Glove enchant is wrong, Crusher is better.

Glove gem is poor choice, never really want to gem straight Hit, it's a weak(er) stat nowadays. Socket bonus is decent so an Orange gem is best.

Belt buckle is missing, third sign of being lazy.

One of the leg gems is a poor choice, the other is a not so optimal choice. Again like hit, straight Crit is not optimal, orange slot again. Blue gems are best fufilled with an [Enchanted Tear], made from [Siren's Tear].

I don't see a [44253], which honestly at this point given how prices have dropped on it, forth sign of being lazy. Or perhaps just made a very poor choice since you appear to have [Nimble Climber's Belt] without beating Auriaya, so you must have bought it for some expensive fund that could've gone for a far better BiS type trinket.

Well the UI can be better than stock.

Don't you think wow heroes suck balls? It actually thought your gems and enchants were fine, well cept belt buckle obvious, and getting a more expensive chest enchant +10 stats as an upgrade. But if it's gonna do that, why not recommend a berserking over mongoose upgrade too? So inconsistent.

wow-heroes.com doesn't recommend best gemming for spec and class! All wow-heroes does is check that people have ACTUALLY gemmed and enchanted all their gear and shows you how they did it.

And a simple armory check can already show that, so these sites don't really provide any additional useful information. If they're trying to do rankings and recommendations, they should do it well imo. The "basics" aren't enough especially if those "basics" are wrong.

Gear looks good, a few gem and enchant issues. Get a belt buckle.

Get your LW up, and fast. Like the easiest crafting prof to lvl.

Stock is Stock, eww. Get your UI moded. Info is your best friend in a raid.
