Noboru has Grid set up to put a colored border around Grid boxes to indicate that raid-member's threat compared to his. No border if they're not close to him, yellow if they're close and red if they have aggro. Gives him a lot more pre-emptive time.
Come to think about, I might do this for my pally since I have Hand of Salv and can drop it on someone much earlier with this sort of info.

I have the same appreciation for clothies in feral no matter what. It changes when i go to resto druid. If he is a clothie. In a room full of his allies, and reddies. He's gonna die first then I'm going to die.
