PVP UI's - and some help requested!

So after some arena games recently, I've noticed a deficiency in my ability to be aware of cast bars on Gladius.
For example: I'm hitting warrior, holy pally that's behind me and out of my view is bombing him with holy lights. I should be charging these holy lights but I'm tunnel visioned on to warrior's health bar so that I'm not noticing Gladius cast bars.
I'd greatly appreciate it if people would be willing to share their arena UI set ups so I can learn from you guys. Here is mine, though admittedly its my pve setup (I'm at work right now): /node/7765
Basically, my Gladius Frame sits right on top of my Pummel/Disarm/Hamstring Buttons in that little floating bar I've got going on.
One thought I've had is perhaps moving my gladius frame to be right on top of my Omen and Recount Locations...but even then I'm not sure I would be naturally looking there to be able to watch non-target cast bars.
Greatly appreciate any suggestions to help me with this. It's a clear flaw in my game and I want to fix it somehow. Thanks

#1. My gladius is literally set right next to my target and target of target frame. Personally that is mainly used as a reference to check health. You can however increase the size of the cast bar.
#2. Right over my character portrait is my focus frame and inbetween the 2 is my focus cast bar. Usually the healer is the one set as my focus so it's easy.
I'll post a screenshot when I get home and list some things that have become my 'essential' pvp mods.
