Raid Experience:

I don't have too end game raid experience, mainly due to being in a bad guild, but I was always maintaining 99% attendance and I was always at the top of my game. In all these raids I played the role of one of the top DPSers.

My real name is Justin. I live in British Columbia, Canada. I am soon to be 17 years old. I've been playing World of Warcraft on and off since 2006, and my total playtime is roughly 73 days. Outside of World of Warcraft, I consider myself an avid musician. I play a few instruments, Piano, Clarinet, Guitar and soon the Oboe and Alto Saxophone. I also am interested in the art of Parkour/Freerunning, or in other words, I like doing a variety of tricks indoors and outdoors (Frontflips, Backflips etc.) Upon graduation, I plan on attending the University of Victoria, majoring in Computer Sciences and Music.

The reason I haven't been around is because I've stopped playing WoW until the end of the school year since it was starting to interfere with my grades. The school year is nearly over and I'm still interested in joining.

The performers there (Gerald Clayton especially) were absolutely amazing and so inspiring. I've never felt so in touch with music in my life, and I'm so glad I spent the money to go.

Yes, I did compete, but our jazz band players are really lazy and didn't really practice too much, so we didn't do too well. Our school takes concert band a lot more seriously than Jazz, so we mostly just go down there for the workshops and performances. I still can't get over how life changing it has been, it was worth the hundreds of dollars and the 8 hour bus ride for sure.

Hey, yeah I'm still around.

Honestly I'm happy either way. I enjoy serious raiding, but I also enjoy just being in a close community, so no I wouldn't really say raiding is my ultimate goal, but it's not like have no interest in it. I'd say my ultimate goal is just to enjoy myself, because that's all that really matters, and I enjoy both aspects of the game. All of my best memories of WoW aren't in raiding, but in the time spent with my guildies. The late nights in vent, playing piano for my guildies, those sort of things are what I really look back on and smile at.

In terms of not being on during raid hours, I haven't been around on dfrecruit recently because of Idaho and such, but if I see that a lot of you are mid-raid, I usually just say hi and then log out so I don't disturb you guys. My raid hours are somewhat flexible. I am free almost every day except Fridays and potentially Tuesdays. On Mondays and Wednesdays I'm available starting from 4:30 server time (PST), and on Tuesdays and Thursdays I'm available from about 3:30 server time. I should be available on weekends depending on if I have any prior engagements, which isn't usually that often.

So yes, I would be interesting in raiding, but I'm just as interested, if not more interested and just being a part of your community.

Keichii isn't in guild yet because he hasn't been online long enough for it to occur. Nor have I gotten a distinct go-ahead on an invite on him.

That said, I don't know that we have any real melee dps positions available, but if the guy wants to get into guild and chum around I've got zero problems with that. He's got a lot of personality and I think he'd fit in swimmingly here.
