You have panels covering a large bottom portion of your screen. So try using this macro. It will resize your game window. Help any lag. And put your character in the middle. Which will help in a raid. /node/6226

Why did you dedicate so much of your screen space to buttons.. I dont get why people waste so much area on things supposedly bounded.. I keep a couple on screen just to watch CDs, but thats about it.
