In need of new Video Card! Looking for advice!

The long story short I'm in need of a new video card, and I'm having a difficulty in deciding which one to purchase and have a few days to decide before I make the plunge and purchase a card.
Now my focus has been on the ATI Radeon 6970 vs the Nvidia GTX Fermi 570. The prices of the cards I had chosen are nearly identical, but I can't choose which one I'd like.
The exact cards are:
Nvidia GTX Fermi 570
Ati Radeon 6970

If you have a better suggestion for a card in that price range I'm all ears. I've looked at many different benchmarks and read alot of various reviews but I can't quite figure out which card is the best bet. I use a HD Tv for a monitor if an mini hdmi adapter causing any significant difference. Also the 570 listed is manufacturer oc'd.
I'd appreciate any opinions/advice on it.
I ordered the upgrades last

They're going to be here today! So excited to see if I can raid at Ultra! I'll be able to OC my CPU safely now as well! Apparently I also have a 8600gt sitting around and am going to put that in and run it as a full time Physx card as well. It's not a top of the line computer but I think I finally have a setup that'll eat up wow like no other.
I just picked up this one

I couldn't be happier with it, and for a stellar price. I caught Fry's anniversary sale and a $40.00 rebate. But you look like you wanna spend some bux. ;)
Normally I would go on a bit
Disrupter — Thu, 06/02/2011 - 21:30Normally I would go on a bit more budgetted spending spree when it comes to fixing / upgrading my computer but a certain someone feels super guilty for DESTROYING MY CAR and I think this is a great way to take advantage of it! Lol.
