For going up, don't go arcane. Go fire. Keep living Bomb up as it will get extra ticks from being hasted. Once you start to get around 12 stacks of the haste buff, switch your main nuke to Pyroblast.
If your flight buff falls off, just blink when you get close to the ground. I try to blink towards where the feathers on the ground.
Don't use your CDs unless you have 25 stacks and the crit buff. (LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL)
When you are running from tornadoes on the ground, you can still cast while moving. I still keep up LB and just spam pyro while chasing a tornado BUT BE WARNED!!!!! If you aren't carefull, there have been times when I've actually caught up to the tornado I was chasing becasue the buff is making me move so much faster.

Plus since you are following the thing and you are moving faster than it is, you could stop a little earlier to start you nuke phase, but if you just nuke Alys whily ur running then there is no reason to have to setup a nuke phase since you are still attacking her.. I'd save IB for if you were in the air and your stacks fall off.
