Deets on the park!
Raziella — Thu, 07/18/2013 - 23:08http://www.oregonmetro.gov/index.cfm/go/by.web/id/149
Some other stuff to know: It'll be $5 per car, so carpool if possible.
There's also no pets or alcohol allowed. :( What buzzkills, amirite? But
they don't state a limit on dildo cozies, so I think Everstar is in the
clear.
I'll bring maps to distribute on Friday night.
Also, don't forget the deet.
Allikat — Fri, 07/19/2013 - 19:07Also, don't forget the deet. The mosquitos are rather viscious if I remember correctly...
Not this year ;-7
Ghostess — Tue, 06/18/2013 - 10:25Well the repair /rebuild of the wall in our back yard and patio damage went from a relativly strait forward project to insane. (We had to down two trees due to roots heaving the posts and wall and damaging the patio) the total bill for this bad boy including the wall rebuild and new patio is in the 3-4k range ;-7
So cya all next year.

garreth — Thu, 04/04/2013 - 23:34Floor commanders decided! Grats Everstar and Saja, I'll work with you two to get a big spreadsheet going of houses available to crash at.
Related: My house is officially Uncle Touchy's Naked Puzzle Basement and we can sleep like 10 people.
Save a spot for the Allikat!
Allikat — Thu, 04/04/2013 - 08:14I think I might actually be able to make this! Sounds like days off at my new gig are going to be Sunday/Monday. So I'm planning on driving down Saturday morning once I finish work :)

We would be able to go if we
Diyana — Tue, 03/26/2013 - 09:05We would be able to go if we could stay at someone's house (we can't afford a hotel right now) and if we could carpool with someone. We are more than willing to help with gas money. Aeolyn had said that Foresight brought up the possibility of us meeting him in his state and riding the rest of the way there in his car, but that isn't finalized or anything yet. So it's really up to those deciding factors. It would be a lot of fun, would like to be able to go.
Why Foresight has to go.
cromi — Tue, 03/26/2013 - 10:19If anyone is on the fence about going, I give you this: A drunken game of pathfinder, or D&D 3.5.
Now I know many of you probably don't care about tabletop games and rpg's but whatever.
There is no cleric, no healer.
You get potions instead.
Everytime you need a heal you take a drink of potion.
Then you take a drink in real life.
Repeat until GM tries to drunkenly kills everyone, or GM can no longer read dice rolls and resorts to random numbers.
formal boots at the park
poisondonut — Tue, 03/26/2013 - 11:22Cromi, wasn't that you who showed up wearing dress shoes or something to the park? I think Nick (Kognus) may have done the same thing. Hilarious.
Yeah, I think I had a date
cromi — Tue, 03/26/2013 - 15:14Yeah, I think I had a date and an interview with a college that morning. I didn't wear shoes to the park the next meetup I went to.
This year I'm still deciding between extremes.
Gnomes galore
poisondonut — Mon, 03/25/2013 - 10:06I would love to attend this meetup. I'll do my best, and if somehow I can't do my best, I'll do 65% of my best for 9 reps, which is about the same.
Is there a possibility of a big kickball game again? Downfall @ the park was good times. Downfall freezing at that cold ass beach was also good times.
Peace,
-Donut
I give you a 100% kickball
garreth — Thu, 04/04/2013 - 23:01I give you a 100% kickball guarantee. Shirtless, if Donut makes it.

garreth — Wed, 03/20/2013 - 23:34Just a note: I really need a pushy person to play Floor Commander and get people lined up with houses. Help us out!
I will do it if someone helps
everstar — Tue, 03/26/2013 - 09:01I will do it if someone helps me out. Thats a huge job with this many people going this year. There's definitely talks of hotels and whatnot because of the amount of people going so yeah! IF anyone would like to join forces with me, EVERSTAR, in coordinating who can house how many etc etc then Let's fucking DO IT
Everstar, you and me can do
Saja — Thu, 03/28/2013 - 18:40Everstar, you and me can do this. We'll rock it.
