Something else I'd recommend is moving your chat window to the top left corner, and moving your MT windows down closer to your eye's focus (assuming around the omen window). Probably the best fit would be to move your chat frame to the very top left (no real reason to pay attention to chat during raid), with your recount raid dps window next to it (and scaled down), keep omen where it is and move your MT window to where your chat frame is now. I also recommend Lonny's tool tip addon, with your UI top-center is probably the best spot for the tooltip, although right-center works pretty well for me. I use Bison for buff frames, I think its based off buffalo. What you can do with bison that would work really well with your UI is setting 1 row for buffs, and moving it to the very top of your screen (so just under your fubar bar).

I would also get macaroon, make a small bar with 4-5 buttons placed right near your character, or grid, or where ever your mouse hovers usually. Put healthstones, health pots, barkskin, survival instincts, and whatever other cooldowns you have that are bound to those hard to reach F keys (can still keep the keybindings, but you'll find clicking some of those abilities faster depending on where you place the bar). I would also switch from using some of those far away F keys to alt + 1-whatever you can reach without moving away from WADS.

Where are your focus, focus' target, and focus' target's target unit frames?

Its true i dont have a mod to scale buffs. I used to use buffalo but havent for a while. I will try out Satrina Buff frames and see if it saves any space.

How would you improve it?

This is what I see most of the time except the real time dps monitor, I was showing that becuase we were doing hard mode attempts. I could drop EavesDrop from my interface and make the font smaller on parrot, but I really need to see everything else that is shown.

So cluttered :(
