Edited these. I had copied the names from another list I made so they weren't showing up right. The belt is coming back from wowhead's db as the non-heroic version, so its missing 1 gem slot that the heroic version has.
With the gems I have listed, you get exactly 900 haste (910 if you had the heroic version on the belt). Some of the stuff listed obviously isn't BiS, but I couldn't find better on wowhead, and wanted to pull everything from there rather than using MMO-Champion's db. I'll try to keep this updated as wowhead adds loot.
